Shipping Destinations
Canterbury provides Free Worldwide Shipping. Orders may be shipped to available destinations worldwide unless checkout restrictions, local delivery limitations, or legal requirements prevent delivery to a specific address.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free worldwide. You will not be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout for eligible orders placed through Canterbury.
Free Worldwide Shipping also includes customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us as part of the Free Worldwide Shipping service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days after shipment to appear or begin showing movement.
- If tracking does not update right away, please allow the full 1–3 day tracking update window.
- If your tracking link shows no movement after that window, contact us for help.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Government Charges
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If any of these fees occur, they will be covered by Canterbury.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Canterbury is not able to guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted or shipped.

- Include your order number, the incorrect address, and the corrected shipping address.
- If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute the package, but we will review the available next steps.
