Pack your item securely and follow the return instructions provided by our team. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

30-Day Return Window

Canterbury accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Return requests made after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

The 30 Days Free Returns service applies only to approved eligible returns that have been started through Canterbury customer service.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, your item must meet the condition requirements below.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item must include original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories where applicable.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alteration, or misuse.
  • The return must be approved by customer service before the item is sent back.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted. Please do not send any return until you receive the correct return instructions and return details from our team.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or are not in original condition
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase, if applicable
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items, if offered
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where packaging or hygiene seals have been opened or removed, if applicable

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item name, size, color, and quantity you want to return
  • The reason for your return request
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another visible issue

Return Shipping Cost

Canterbury offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible approved returns. To use this service, you must contact customer service first and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Returns sent without approval or sent to the wrong location may not be accepted and may not qualify for free return service.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will review whether it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your payment provider.

Exchanges

In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item, size, or color, contact us with your order number and photos of what you received so we can review the issue.

Defective Items

Keep the Packaging

Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been reviewed, as it may help us assess the order and provide the correct next step.

Final Sale Rules

Items marked final sale, clearance final sale, or non-returnable at the time of purchase may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
